You will have the opportunity to view new and resale properties and be shown around the surrounding areas, giving you a feel for life in the local area.

• We can find out what local accommodation is available for your specified dates and then arrange your accommodation in a local hotel or Villa and let you know what the cost will be. ** see below.
• We will also find out the costs of your Transfers to and from Spanish airports. (Murcia, Alicante and Almeria), using local trusted people.  ** See below.
• We will collect you from your hotel or Villa to view properties.
• You will not be scheduled in with any other viewers; we arrange your viewings on a one to one basis, ensuring you receive our undivided attention, feel relaxed and enables us to match your property criteria exactly.
• There is no pressure to buy and we operate a no obligation to purchase policy.
• We can provide you with details of independent legal representatives, Solicitors/ABOGADOS who will ensure that your buying experience is hassle free.
• Will discuss with you the buying process and give you all related costs, taxes and fees applicable to your purchase.
• If required, we will give you a tour of the local area so that you can familiarise yourself with the local Towns, shopping centres and beaches to get a feel for the distance between where you are looking to buy in relation to these areas.

We suggest that if you need of a mortgage or finance to purchase a property in Spain, this should be arranged before viewing.  If you need any mortgage advice, we can provide you with some details of local Spanish banks or put you in touch with a local lawyer who can help you with this process.

** Should you purchase a property from us, we will refund the costs of your airport transfers if you have booked that independantly (we know local people who do airport transfers at a much reduced cost) plus up to 2 nights accommodation.
