BEDROOM 1.  A large double room with a single aspect window to the front.

GARDEN.  A lovely spacious private garden which has an ornamental planted area and a large tiled terrace.  Brick built BBQ and door to the road behind the bungalow.  Stairs with an enclosed storage area lead up onto the roof solarium.  Access from the garden leads into the corridor to the kitchen and the sun lounge. 

ROOF SOLARIUM.  A delightful tiled solarium with a pergola. 

Los Canovas is a small Spanish Village with a local amenities.  Doctor, bar, social centre, small supermarket and a shop that sells clothes and homewares.  Every Wednesday there is a van that comes into the square that sells fresh fruit and vegetables.
