ENTRANCE.  Through the front door takes you into an inner hallway.

INNER HALLWAY.  A light and bright hallway off which are 2 of the bedrooms and double wooden doors which are half glazed into the lounge.

BEDROOM 1.  A large double room with a single aspect window to the front.

BEDROOM 2. Another large double room with a single aspect window to the front.

LOUNGE DINER.  A bright room with a central fitted pellet burner and double wooden half glazed doors lead to the sun lounge.  The dining area is to one side and has an ornamental fireplace.  An open archway leads to the kitchen.  Air conditioning unit.

BEDROOM 3.  Accessed from the corridor from the kitchen.  A good size double room with large fitted wardrobes.  Currently being used as a second TV room.  Single aspect window to the garden.

GARDEN.  A lovely spacious private garden which has an ornamental planted area and a large tiled terrace.  Brick built BBQ and door to the road behind the bungalow.  Stairs with an enclosed storage area lead up onto the roof solarium.  Access from the garden leads into the corridor to the kitchen and the sun lounge. 

ROOF SOLARIUM.  A delightful tiled solarium with a pergola. 

Los Canovas is a small Spanish Village with a local amenities.  Doctor, bar, social centre, small supermarket and a shop that sells clothes and homewares.  Every Wednesday there is a van that comes into the square that sells fresh fruit and vegetables.
